Fully packaged pressure booster set consisting of:
1 MHI non self-priming horizontal stainless steel high pressure centrifugal pumps with integrated frequency converter that enables variable speed control. The pump has a 1/4 turn ball valve on suction and a 1/4 turn ball valve and a non-return valve on discharge. The discharge manifold is equipped with an 8 litre diaphragm pressure vessel with through-flow fitting to DN 4807, pressure gauge, air vent and integrated pressure sensor. Low level float switch installed inside the tank.
90 litre WRAS approved fibreglass tank with a removeable AB air gap lid, 3/4″ inlet equilibrium ball valve, overflow and drain connections.
The Wilo-ElectronicControl starts the pump in automatic mode when the system pressure falls below the set pressure by more than the set pressure difference. Once the system pressure has reached the set pressure, the Wilo-ElectronicControl stops the pump after a time interval that has been previously set.
