Fully packaged pressure booster set consisting of: 2 MHI non self-priming horizontal stainless steel high pressure centrifugal pumps. Each pump has a 1/4 turn ball valve on suction and a 1/2 turn ball valve and a non-return valve on discharge. The discharge manifold is equipped with an 8 litre diaphragm pressure vessel with through-flow fitting to DN 4807, pressure gauge, air vent and pressure sensor (4-20 mA). Level float switch installed inside the tank.
260 litre WRAS approved fibreglass tank with a removeable AB airgap lid, 3/4″ inlet equilibrium ball valve, overflow and drain connections.
Automatic pump control via Smart Controller SC, high control quality and very simple operation with symbol-based LC display, simple navigation with clear menu, rotary knob for quick setting of parameters, panel or pump mounted frequency controller per pump for variable speed control between 26Hz and 50Hz, door Interlocked isolator, and motor overload units Pipe Fill mode (slow fill) included.
