Fully packaged pressure booster set consisting of: 2 or 3 MHIE non self-priming horizontal stainless steel high pressure centrifugal pumps. Each pump has a 1/4 turn ball valve on suction and a 1/4 turn ball valve and a Non return valve on discharge. The discharge manifold is equipped with an 8L diaphragm pressure vessel with through-flow fitting to DN 4807, pressure gauge, air vent and pressure sensor (4-20 mA). Low Pressure/Level Cut Out Pressure Switch (15-250mBar), installed on suction manifold.
Automatic pump control via Smart Controller SC, high control quality and very simple operation with symbol-based LC display, simple navigation with clear menu, rotary knob for quick setting of parameters, panel or pump mounted frequency controller per pump for variable speed control between 26Hz and 50Hz, door Interlocked isolator, and motor overload units Pipe Fill mode (slow fill) included.
All mounted on a galvanised base frame with anti-vibration mounts.
