Well & waterworks version, in corrosion-resistant material design “C”

For use in cold, clean, chemically corrosive water with a max. sand content of 35 mg/l and max. particle size of 2 mm.
To this end, it is imperative to get the manufacturer to check the material durability by means of water analysis.

HYDRAULICS

Single or multistage radial/semi-axial/axial submersible pump in waterworks version for vertical/horizontal installation in staged construction.
All housing components in high-quality cast iron design.
Shaft and connection elements are made of high-alloy stainless steel.
Impellers are of the solid-metal design with replaceable neck rings made of wear-resistant materials.
Duty point adjustment possible by impeller optimisation.
Shaft guidance through metal or rubber plain bearing.
Radial bearings completely fluid lubricated and maintenance-free.

Motor end parts in solid cast-iron design.
Radial bearing through water-lubricated and -cooled plain bearing made of special artificial carbon, with incorporated spiral or longitudinal grooves.
Mitchell-type tilting pad axial bearing for high loads.
Support plates and tilting pads made of stainless steel, impeller wear ring made of artificial carbon.
With integrated rotating seal ring for negative axial thrust made of artificial carbon.
Motor filling with pure potable water or water/propylene glycol
Optionally available with winding temperature monitoring by PTC thermistor or PT 100 sensor.
