HACH – Spectrophotometer DR3900 with RFID technology – Part number: LPV440.99.00001

Part number: LPV440.99.00001

Simple preparation

TNTplus ampoules use Dosicaps – lyophilized reagents integrated into the sealed cap – which are easier to use than powder pads or liquid reagents and do not present any risk of contamination. Boxes and vials are color coded for quick and easy recognition of parameters and ranges for the exact test you need.
Illustrated step-by-step test methods are printed on the box for quick reference and can also be accessed from the instrument menu.

Complete documentation

Measurement results are documented in detail, with time stamp, operator ID, absorbance reading and calculated concentration. The 2D barcode provides the lot number and expiration date recorded on each result.
For accreditation, the certificate of analysis can be obtained by simply sliding your finger on the reagent box towards the RFID sensor*.

*RFID technology is available in all EU countries plus eg UK, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Macedonia, Turkey, Russia and others. For other countries, consult your local Hach contact.

Fast execution

A 2D barcode on the LCK cuvettes is automatically read by the Hach DR spectrophotometer to identify the appropriate method and perform the measurements.
The vial is rotated 10 times to obtain absorbance readings, which will be averaged to determine the result, to exclude scratches and fingerprints. Instrument calibration verification and high instrument stability combine to eliminate the need to run reagent blanks.

customize

With the ability to store hundreds of user-defined methods, operators can adapt the DR3900 to meet the daily needs of the facility.
The ability to optimize and customize the method portfolio, combined with regular software updates and connectivity to Claros, make the DR3900 the ultimate solution for the needs of the water quality laboratory.

Alignment of laboratory and process analyses

Compare the value obtained online with the reference value of the laboratory, directly in the spectrophotometer – via the LINK2SC connection between the SC controller and the DR 3900. The data exchange works bidirectionally, that is, you can perform a matrix correction for the process probe directly from the laboratory.
