Submersible sewage pump: FA 50.21D
Motor type: FK 42.1-10/50
Type of impeller: Three-channel
Type of installation: Suspension device

VERSION
Submersible sewage pump as a submersible, single-stage monobloc unit in stationary, vertical installation, for pumping untreated sewage that does not attack the pumps either chemically or mechanically. Pump with radially arranged discharge port and axial pump inlet. Unit structure is easy to service due to split motor and pump housing unit.
The pumping values must be guaranteed in accordance with ISO 9906 Annex A.
For the pump type FA 50.21D, the version type also depends on the motor!
Please select a motor in the drop-down menu on the right and read the relevant description:
Submersible motor in pressure-resistant design, with internal, sealed active circulation cooling and heat exchanger. The motor
chamber and sealing chamber are filled with medical white oil. Motor sealing at the shaft by two wear-resistant mechanical
shaft seals independent of the direction of rotation entirely made of silicon-carbide with intermediate separation chamber.
Both seals are cooled and lubricated by medical white oil. The motor chamber is equipped with a terminal board. Bearing by
two maintenance-free ball bearings; the upper bearing is filled with high-quality grease, the lower bearing is oil-lubricated.
Possibility for retrofitting of a moisture probe be means of a pencil electrode for protection against penetrating humidity.
All casing parts are of cast iron. Shaft and connecting elements of stainless steel. The motor is suitable for continuous
operation (S1) under full load in immerged and completely emerged condition.
